Summary
Amends the
Space Activities Act 1998
in relation to: insurance and liability; licensing activities undertaken by scientific and educational organisations; the test applying to the safety of launch activities; cost recovery for the operations of the regulator; and clarifying the activities that fall within the scope of the Act. Also makes technical and administrative amendments.
